Coast to Coast Walk Accommodation Guide
The Coast to Coast walk is Alfred Wainwright's fantastic contribution to the list of Long Distance Footpaths in Great Britian and it is probably the most popular of all. Despite not being a National Trail Wainwright devised a walk crossing the north of England, a path 194 miles long which travels through glorious English countryside and including three national parks, The Lake District, The Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors. Because of its popularity there are lots of options for accommodation along the route but most can be fully booked in late Spring and Summer so if you are thinking of doing the walk then plan ahead.
