Summary: The Oxford Canal Walk is a long distance footpath connecting the cathedral cities of Oxford and Coventry using the continuous canal towpath, passing 43 locks, many bridges, one tunnel and crossing only one road. Significant places visited on the route between Coventry and Oxford are Ansty, Rugby, Braunston, Napton on the Hill, Marston Doles, Wormleighton, Fenny Compton, Cropredy, Banbury, Kings Sutton, Steeple Aston and Kidlington.
