Summary
The Ivanhoe Way is a circular long-distance footpath exploring some of the best countryside in rural Leicestershire, starting and finishing in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. Taken in an anti-clockwise circuit, the route visits, in order, Moira, Donisthorpe, Measham, Snareston, Shackerstone, Coalville, and Staunton Harold. Calke Abbey is close to the route and well worth a short detour.
