Summary
The Newcastle Way is a long-distance footpath in Staffordshire that complements the towns, villages, and countryside of the Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough. Starting at the Old Man of Mow near Mow Cop, the walk heads toward Market Drayton via Dales Green, Trubshaw, Kidsgrove, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Finney Green, Madeley Heath, Madeley, Maer Hills, Loggerheads, Blore Heath, and Almington.
The route features some decent climbs, offering views to the west toward the Shropshire Hills and south as far as Cannock Chase.
