Summary
The Tissington Trail is a permissive way along the former Tissington Railway. It runs north from Ashbourne in Derbyshire as far as Parsley Hay. From the starting point in Ashbourne, the route runs past or close to Fenny Bentley, Tissington, Alsop en le Dale, Biggin, and Hartington before finishing at Parsley Hay.
There are plenty of paths leading off from the trail, including access to popular walks in the region such as Dovedale, Wolfscote Dale, and Long Dale.
