Footpaths of Central Scotland

Central Scotland is a rich source of Long Distance Paths and local walking trails. And there is much diversity to the too, from the coastal paths such as the Arran Coastal Way and Clyde Coastal Path to inland hikes over high ground which feature in walks like the West Highland Way and Great Trossachs Path. Heritage features high on te list too with tributes to heroes and trailblazers, whether real or in legend. These include the Thomas Muir Heritage Trail, Mary Queen of Scots Way and Rob Roy Way. With peninsula walks, canal walks and even city walks too, there is surely something of interest for everyone here.
