The Walks Description
Malerweg - Painter's Way (Germany) A fascinating 72 mile long distance path in the Saxony region of eastern Germany.
Adlerweg - Eagle's Walk (Austria) A demanding 260 mile long distance path which spans the length of the Austrian Tyrol.
Alta Via 1 (Italy) A high level 74 mile long distance path which crosses the Italian Dolomites from Lake Braies to Belluno.
Carnic High Trail - Karnischer Höhenweg (Austria) A 100 mile long distance path which crosses the Carnic Alps from Weitlanbrunn to Thörl-Maglern.
Westweg (Germany) A 181 mile long distance path in Germany which leads across the Black Forest mountain ridge from north to south.
Pieterpad (Netherlands) A 312 mile long distance path which travels the length of the Netherlands from north to south.
Meraner Höhenweg (Italy) A 57 mile long distance path in northern Italy which completes a circuit of the South Tyrol's Texelgruppe massif.
King Ludwig Trail (Germany) A 78 mile long distance path in Bavaria, Germany which visits many of the regions cultural highlights including the fairytale Neuschwanstein Schloss.
Laugavegur Trail (Iceland) Including the Fimmvörðuháls Trai, this is a 80 mile long distance path in Iceland with majestic waterfalls, dramatic volcanic landscapes and an outwordly appearance.
